Damaged or Wrong Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package.
Cancellations: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped or 1 hour after you order product . If you cancel a prepaid order, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
Refund Processing: Once a refund is approved, it usually takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account via Razorpay.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of food products (Laddoos), we do not accept returns once the seal is broken or the product is delivered in good condition for health and hygiene reasons.
